Great hotel. Staff was helpful and fast at getting us checked in and out. The beds were on the firmer side but not like a brick. They had a place where you could buy snacks and drinks. There was a restaurant and bar by the lobby but we didn't try it. I would definitely stay here again. Clean and lots you can explore by foot

All in all, the hotel was good. We were going to a concert at the Mission Ballroom so it was within walking distance. The rooms were clean and new. Mattress was comfy but the sheets felt like sandpaper. The check in clerk was efficient and friendly. The restaurant food was fantastic. However, slowwww. It wasn’t the service. It was slow coming out of the kitchen and there were only a handful of people in the bar. Rick the bartender was friendly, talkative and made a point to ask our names as we sat down. He remembered patrons that walked in that were obviously repeat customers. As other people mentioned, there is nowhere to park to check in. It’s confusing and I ended up parking down the road to see exactly what the parking situation was like. Parking is $25/day across the street in an open lot. Which stinks that they charge if it’s not valet parking and in a crappy lot with temporary fencing. I called the next morning for late checkout. Which is a perk for being a Gold member. Checkout was at 11:00. I called the desk and asked for late checkout. The front desk gal offered 11:15. What good does that do me???

Had a short stay at this hotel last fall. It's nice, new and clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. I didn't get the opportunity to try the bar or restaurant. The location is very close to lots of eateries and the Rockies stadium. The only con was parking, which is in the lots next to the hotel. If space on the side of the building is available, you can unload there. Otherwise, you are carrying your yourself and luggage through a bunch of gravel before you get to a sidewalk. Not ideal for sure.
