Cambria Hotel LAX

Stayed here for a few days and really enjoyed it. Rooms were very clean and modern. Lobby is a great place to work and the hanger bar is solid. Front desk was incredibly nice and helpful. My flight got in really early and they were able to get me an early check in with no issues so I could rest up a bit before having to go to some meetings later that day. Super close to the airport and they have a shuttle to and from. Would recommend.

We went a class reunion and had a great time at the Cambria Hotel in El Segundo, CA. They had clean accommodations and most all the amenities necessary. The staff were amazing and the food was fresh and tasty. Not the packaged stuff that you find at other hotels. The location is close to Los Angeles Intl. airport.

I am very disappointed with Cambria Hotel at Lax, I can’t trust a hotel that has placed someone in my room on my last night of my week stay, I had left my personal items in my room and when I came back to the hotel after a long day trip they had given my room to some other guest while I stepped out for the day, I came back and tried my key to my room and found another woman in my room and she yelled at me and said that this was her room I explained that was my room for the past five days and that I don’t know why they would give you my room when my personal belongings were left in the room she just yelled like a lunatic and said she was going to call the front desk bec I’m disturbing her. I went to talk to the front desk and they weren’t helpful at all in fact I never got my personal bags out of my room, this is unacceptable. When i asked the front desk to pls go and get my things out of my room they said they can’t bec other guest have been placed there, I asked to check lost and found and they said I had to wait till the next morning, I waited til the next morning and they claimed they don’t have any of my items, this is unacceptable.how can you trust a hotel that I paid and booked for several nights and they just go ahead and place someone in my room on ther last night tog my stay which I had paid for. than when I asked again if they have my personal belongings that were in my room. They just said they don't have them and I’ve never gotten my personal possessions back Such Terrible management at the Cambria of LAX and they Managment didn’t want to show me any camera footage if anyone can help regarding this situation, pls respond to me if you know what else I can do to get my personal items back
