Cambria Hotel Spokane Airport

This hotel exceeded my expectations. I had a third party rate that was far better than the advertised rate for the night. Usually I ask the hotel to match it but they tell me they can’t, and I book through the third party and you would think that the hotel would prefer to get paid directly but they don’t do it. Luckily, the night man took care of me, and then they honored that rate for the second day too. Also, I had decided not to even use the third party anyway and use the choice app because I wanted breakfast, but when they told me that it doesn’t include breakfast anyway - only then I decided to use the third party - but they let me match the third party price and still threw in complimentary breakfast for both days due to my elite membership. Not your average hotel breakfast either, but actually incredibly fresh and tasty food. Actually, I was blown away with the tasty food and I’m hard to impress. Lastly, I needed a rental car for the duration of the stay and they gave me a free ride to and from the airport. Was so nice and easy. I had car issues and I was stranded here but I wouldn’t even say that due to how incredible this hotel was. They know what hospitality means. Got me a nice room, rate, and breakfast, and ride. I have never had a better hotel experience- and Ive stayed in hotels that charge $500+ a night. Thank you, all of you, for providing the most excellent hospitality. The rooms are nice and modern and absolutely everything about this place is run incredibly well. Thank you.

New property with friendly staff. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom spacious and well equipped. Shower hot and good pressure. Wonderful decor. Quiet from outside noise but people in the room above us may have been wearing tap shoes as their walking was quite noisy. Plenty of parking and well lit. We would stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at the Cambria. The hotel was very clean and modern, with a smooth and easy check-in process. One of the nicest touches was that a real person texted me before check-in to see if I needed anything. I ended up asking for an early check-in—just an hour ahead of the official time—and they made it happen. I might not have thought to ask if they hadn’t reached out, and it made a big difference since I was heading to a wedding and could freshen up in the room instead of changing in the car. The bar had excellent drinks, and the staff throughout the hotel were genuinely kind and welcoming. Despite being close to the airport, it was impressively quiet—we didn’t hear a single plane. Definitely well worth the money. Would absolutely stay again.
