Cambridge Bar Hill Hotel BW Signature Collection

My husband and I recently booked an overnight stay at this hotel. We booked online prior to the trip and were a little disappointed that after we made our reservation, they told us that there were no pool/jacuzzi facilities available. The blond woman at the front desk was brisk rather than helpful, but she called her manager who was able to offer us excellent customer service, hence the 5 stars. The Romanian gentleman who served us in the dining area was amazing, friendly, attentive, very helpful. He gave us the best service of our stay. Our room was great, spacious, a large comfy bed and a good shower. The location was ideal for us with the golf course offering lovely green space. We would definitely stay again and recommend the hotel.

As of August 2025, the hotel seems to have had a refresh. New carpets, lick of paint and such. Staff are great, food was lovely. The only negative I could find was the parking. A fiver? For what?? Mental.

Stayed over for two nights with the family of seven, two large rooms. Beds were too soft for me. Bathrooms were decent and large. Shower tap was very tight and took some time and effort to turn. This hotel had a swimming pool, which shut late and we all enjoyed the swim. Had full English breakfast with a few tweaks. Service was very friendly and warm. They went the extra mile to make extra hash brown. We actually liked this hotel. Location was convenient as it's next to a massive round about.
