Second time staying here since last year. Walkability is great, walked to cafe’s restaurants and Rodeo Drive. Had huge shopping bags so all the stores were more than happy to deliver at this hotel . Eduardo our bar tender made us feel very welcome and had a nice personal touch when my guests came over . He served each of the guests without skipping a beat. Even stopped to have a conversation with every guest and I’m sure they felt like we did … like we were the only guests he had. So genuine . That’s talent, This is a boutique hotel and for the price and location is a steal of a value . They are renovating over the next few years and once it’s finished will command three times the price like the other hotels in this area . We’ve stayed in many of them . The ROI is not the same. I told them I would still stay here for once they finish even if prices become par with the rest of the area. Especially if they keep the vibe. Breath taking view. Quiet and residential . Great staff. Desert room service was super special. Every staff member right down to the person cleaning the elevator doors to the ones who delivered me bottles of water every day was super attentive. Attention to clean air and filtered shower in rooms.Our go to when we are visiting family .

Booked a Daybed with my friend and once again it was such a beautiful experience. I had previously been there with my family. I was so happy to see Eddie who took care of us from our last visit was there! Eddie is truly an amazing person! He is a gem! He literally elevated our experience to the maximum. From the moment we arrived he was super friendly and incredibly bubbly and attentive. We felt super welcomed and comfortable, especially because he checked on us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed whether food, drinks or a friendly chat! Eddie genuinely cares about the guests! Its rare to find someone so consistent , professional and enthusiastic! Overall it was a perfect day! I would definitely recommend this spot for a pool day because it will be an unforgettable experience!

Hotel is under renovation so the rooms are a bit bare and lacking the normal things like a coffee maker and fridge, however they are clean and even the old rooms are still in good shape. They did a great job of managing the renovations and still having a fully functioning hotel. The valet is a bit pricy but Sam was great and helped with all the bags as well as kept our car safe, clean and out of the sun. Location is great and overall the value is spot on for the quality. Can’t wait to see the Reno’s! Recommend lowering your valet by $20 while under renovation.
