its in a graet loaction, the hostel nice, but simple.
There is an apartment with 4 available rooms in an old building. All occupied and this created issues. I founded the door looked inside in one evening, and so on. One shower didn't work...
We have a reservation for February and wanted to check with them , no one speaks English and the lady on the phone only says Italian and hangs up.. Great.. ?? I will change the rating after the manager or someone contacts us Update of course we have cancelled and got booking to apologise instead of you.. The lady on the phone didn't even bother to apologise... You are not professional to the least. Good day
