Camila Resort

We had an enjoyable stay at Camila Farm Resort. The place is very cozy and the staff were very hospitable, however there are still things to be improved. The fried rice during our breakfast was soooo salty, so I think it won't hurt to remind the cafe staff to make sure to put less salt. We rented the smart cabin, which supposedly has these"smart" features. Unfortunately, the smart home was not properly configured, but this did not really affect our stay, but a little bit more attention on making sure that the cabins are as advertised will go a long way. Oh, the ATV going to the river was a fun activity to do :)

Mixed feelings about this resort. It looks very aesthetic in photos, but the actual place doesn’t quite match the online presentation. We did enjoy the 4x4 trekking — that part was fun and thrilling! However, there was an unfortunate incident where the owner’s dog scratched me. Even though the dog is fully vaccinated, I still needed to get vaccinated for safety. I was disappointed that they didn’t offer to cover at least 50% of the vaccine cost. It’s still their pet, and I believe owners should take full responsibility for any incidents involving their animals, especially in a place that accepts guests. Hoping they improve on guest support and accountability.

Truly impressive how this establishment manages feedback by blocking customers instead of addressing their concerns. Another well-deserved 1 star for this resort. A bold approach to maintaining a "PERFECT REPUTATION" but certainly not the most transparent way to build trust especially in the hospitality industry 🙃 - Dianne 🙃
