Camino Real Antigua

So far this is my favourite hotel in Antigua. I have stayed here multiple times and never have I been disappointed. The property is absolutely stunning, the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Great food and drinks and amazing location. I love exploring Antigua during the day and going back to the hotel and relaxing by the jacuzzi in the evening with a cocktail. The rooftop terrace has incredible views. You will fall in love!

A fantastic and much need time in Antigua, even with the earthquake. It's great when the accommodations and staff make you feel so welcome, it was like a "home away from home." Daily room cleaning and immaculate grounds definitely add to a comfortable experience, and the staff at breakfast was top tiered with variety of choices. We felt safe while exploring the town which was #1 importantance for peace of mind. The local amenities like Dollar City, massage facilities, and the wonderful food make me want to tell everyone book now. My #1 advice is being your walking shoes because comfort is key when you're out exploring! We loved our trip and the staff was so friendly and spoke English. Can't say enough about this place.

I recently returned from a wonderful stay at Hotel Camino Real Antigua and wanted to share what a fantastic experience I had. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff made me feel welcome with their kindness, professionalism, and in-depth knowledge of the area. The frontline staff outside were always ready to assist me with anything I needed, and their warm demeanor truly added to the sense of hospitality throughout my stay. The hotel itself is a beautiful and serene property, with lush gardens and a peaceful atmosphere that made it a perfect retreat. My room was immaculate—well-kept, clean, and comfortable—and I’d like to thank the housekeeping team for their excellent work in maintaining it so consistently. A special thank you to my driver, Juan Luis, who not only took care of my airport transfers but also drove me to one of my tours. Along the way, he shared fascinating history and insights about Antigua, which made the drive both informative and enjoyable. He even sent me suggestions for places to eat, which were all excellent. Overall, Hotel Camino Real Antigua exceeded my expectations, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. Highly recommended!
