Extremely clean, and friendly staff. A lot of walking restaurants nearby and also convenient connected to a shopping mall. With a lot of beautiful places to explore near by…. We highly recommend!

My call to the reception office: - Do you know if OXXO downstairs offers toilet paper? - Yes they do - Ok, I will buy some since I call you earlier to ask for it and nobody bring it - We will send it right away. My review: Great location, personal is very nice. Room was between ok and good. But seems some like some lack of training about the minimal services an hotel should offer. For example: provide water, towels and toilet paper right away.

The Worst Hotel Experience of My Life — in Just 8 Hours I travel frequently and stay in hotels around the world, but I have never experienced such poor service and disregard for guests as I did here. From the moment we arrived, the red flags began: at check-in, the first thing the receptionist told us was to “wait 20 minutes.” This property is nowhere near 5-star standards — not even close. In fact, it would need serious improvements to reach a 2-star level. We booked a triple room and were given only two towels. I called the front desk to request the third. They promised to deliver it “right away.” I waited an hour — nothing. Multiple calls went unanswered. I walked down to the reception myself to help “speed things up,” but was told again it would be delivered. The towel finally arrived 90 minutes after my initial request. Later that evening, I stopped by reception to request a bottle of water, since there was no minibar in the room. I was assured it would be sent up promptly. Thirty minutes later, still nothing. I called again — same empty promise. I went back down, and even then, I was told I could not take one directly. The water finally arrived after another 40 minutes. At this point, I genuinely wondered whether this was deliberate or simply gross incompetence. I even told the staff that if they were unable to serve us, they should be honest so we could check out and find a place capable of basic hospitality. It is far better to tell guests “we don’t have this service” than to promise immediate delivery and then do nothing. This is not just disappointing — it’s disrespectful and completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one claiming five stars. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, stay far away from this property. It will ruin your trip.
