Camino Real Hotel & Suites Puebla

A life savior!! We originally were supposed to stay at hotel near by and it was a nightmare. We called to see if they can take us in immediately and thankfully they did! We were so grateful! This hotel is nice with very clean rooms. The hallways are okay but you aren’t staying in the hallway. Very nice service all workers are very kind and helpful. The restaurant on the premise has a great breakfast/buffet. The location is on a main road not much around tourist wise. But it’s great location for pick up and for day trips to other locations. If you are in need of a place to lay your head i highly recommend this place!

Old building, smell very odd, bedrooms essentials in very bad shape, make a reservation for a room w/ balcony , all good when I did it, pay in advance so that way we did not have any issues,surprise!!!!! My rooms that where pay ahead not available, very disappointed, in the other hand, front desk ladies well very friendly, that was the light of our stay

This place had a disgusting smell like sewer, old furniture, there is much better hotels in the Angelopolis area at more reasonable prices and a lot more luxurious.
