Service is fine. Hotel is very business oriented, not too much for tourists. There is no lobby bar. Turns out you cannot drink water from the tap and all they give you is two 330 ml bottles of water. The room has a coffee maker but you can't use tap water to make the coffee. If you want more drinking water you have to pay for it. So basically you're SOL if you want coffee but you drank your meagre amount of water overnight. For the price of the hotel, to not be able to drink more water unless you pay, that's very annoying.

Expensive, slow service, bad food and the facilities are old and in need of maintenance. Elevators got stuck. The location is superb dough.

I travel a lot for work but this is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Multiple issues: 1) Air Conditioning (A/C) does not work, 2) rooms are next to loud noisy road and the windows have no sound insulation, 3) they rent to prostitutes who do their business loudly - I could hear everything going on in another room from my room, 4) Service to resolve the A/C issue was awful. 5) Food at the restaurant was lousy. The biggest issue was that the A/C did not work in my room. Both nights. I called multiple times to the front desk for them to have someone come fix it. The front desk woman hung up on me twice before finally sending someone that did some sort of temporary fix the first night. My second night it did not work again. The front desk woman said she would send someone to fix it but twice I called and they never sent someone. As a result of these issues, I slept terribly, especially the second night. Find a larger, more reputable hotel chain to stay at. The location seems fine by Mexico City standards - not charming or walkable but if you have business in the area as I did, maybe convenient if you are driving everywhere. It is not well served by mass transit.
