Camino Real Saltillo

Okay for quick trip. Hotel needs maintenance. Both times I went I got different rooms and TVs didn't work in either room. TVs are outdated and picture quality is bad. Cleaning people take your dirty towels but don't leave clean ones. Always had to call front desk. Refrigerators don't work in any room.

For a chain of hotels that is supposed to be of high quality, this falls lightyears short of it. What's wrong with this place seems to all stem from its management. Starting with the doors, I was able to push my door open without the key. I was fortunate (or unfortunate) to book a few rooms and it was the case with a few other doors as well. The rooms are probably seldom or ever swept since I found multiple pebbles, staples, and other debris throughout the room. The pillows feel old because some are lumpy or downright flat if you put your head on it. Sometime while I was in the room, some fixing people let themselves in without knocking to "check if the toilet was working". There are many things wrong with this place that I just don't have the patience to write all down. I am very disappointed with this hotel and it's hard to believe corporate lets them use the Camino Real name since it's a horrible stain on their prestige. In short, some other things wrong: - The shower won't drain, it flooded. - The sink faucet is clogged and only dripped a tiny bit of water. - Management gave housekeeping instructions that some rooms only have regular towels but no hand or floor towels (yes, housekeeping told me). - Front desk told me they'd send a replacement remote since mine didn't work and sent it 3 hours later after I called multiple times.

The worst kind of Service I ever saw and experienced!!! Named as 5-Star Hotel, but the way they take care of customers is less than 1-star! I can't even believe I had to wait for almost 1 and Half hours to get a bottle of Water! I had to call like around 10 times and after the long wait I went to reception and made me wait there for another 10 minutes to get me a water!!! I will be really pleased if I can report this to some higher authority!
