Camotes Ocean Heaven Resort

Very nice resort. Staff are amazing, so polite and welcoming. Breakfast is good. Nice selection to choose from. Swimming pools are really nice and the rooms are nice. The only negative things are the wifi isn't stable so if you work from a laptop it's not ideal. Also there isn't much hot water in the shower. Shower water is slightly salty. There is scooter rental available at the hotel. Apart from this I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again

Today’s experience at your restaurant was extremely disappointing. We waited nearly 90 minutes for our order, yet it never arrived. Meanwhile, customers who ordered 30 to 40 minutes after us had already finished eating and left. I could have gone home, taken a shower, and come back, and the food still wouldn’t have been ready. During the wait, we approached the counter three times to inquire about our order, but each time we were told, “It’s still being prepared.” Finally, we decided to speak with the staff at the counter to understand why the order was delayed for 90 minutes. Initially, she claimed it was because other orders were placed earlier than ours. However, after realizing we had ordered much earlier, she changed her story, saying it was due to the staff being overwhelmed and mixing up orders. To make matters worse, she responded impatiently, saying, “I don’t want to argue with you right now. Either you wait, or you cancel the order.” I fail to see how such an attitude resolves any issue. In the end, we decided to cancel the order. I’d rather stay hungry than wait any longer. I hope your restaurant can improve the efficiency of order processing and food preparation. At the very least, your staff should be trained to handle customer concerns with the proper attitude.

Terrible restaurant service. I ordered a meal around 7 P.M., yet it still hadn’t been served by 8:30. We kept asking since then, and every time I inquired, they claimed they were working on it. The last time I asked, they couldn’t provide a proper explanation and kept saying the kitchen was busy, so they mixed up some orders. They spoke as if it wasn’t their fault, as if I were being unreasonable for waiting more than one and a half hours for my meal. I don’t understand why I should have to tolerate their short temper. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
