I had the pleasure of spending two wonderful weeks at this camping site while my son attended a summer camp, and I can't say enough about the fantastic experience we had. The highlight of our stay was the bungalow we called home for those two weeks. It was not only clean and well-maintained but also incredibly comfortable. It provided a cozy retreat after a day of outdoor activities, and it was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The staff and owner of this camping site deserve a special mention for their kindness and hospitality. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to assist with anything we needed. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and ensured that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. One of the standout features of our stay was the breakfast buffet. It was nothing short of excellent. Not only was the variety impressive, but the staff paid careful attention to our dietary requests, making sure that we had options that suited our preferences. It's rare to find such a level of personalized service at a camping site, and it truly made our mornings special. The on-site restaurant was another delightful surprise. The quality of the food was exceptional, and it was evident that the chef took great pride in their culinary creations. Dining there became a highlight of our stay, and it was so convenient to have such a fantastic restaurant right on the premises. A special shout-out goes to the manager of the bar and restaurant, who is an exceptional person. Their attention to detail and their genuine care for our well-being were remarkable. They always went the extra mile to ensure that both my son and I were well taken care of, making our dining experiences truly memorable. In summary, our two-week stay at this camping site was nothing short of exceptional. The clean and comfortable bungalow, the kind and attentive staff, the outstanding breakfast buffet, and the excellent on-site restaurant all contributed to a memorable experience. The exceptional manager of the bar and restaurant added an extra layer of warmth and care that made us feel like valued guests. Whether you're visiting for a summer camp or simply looking for a relaxing camping getaway, this place is a hidden gem that I wholeheartedly recommend.
Beautiful view, good camper place, nice environment to cycle (or downhill in Bikepark Cimone), sanitarian is a little outdated, price quality is okish!
Awful. We were in a campervan in August. When we arrived the man didn't think we had a booking. He called someone and then thrust a phone at me asking me to speak. The lady confirmed the booking and he took us to a pitch. He made us park very close to one side of the pitch, no idea why, but was very insistent. One star for the restaurant which is good and has lovely staff. Portions were a bit small but tasty. Bathrooms have no toilet rolls or soap. It rained a bit (not much) but our pitch was completely flooded. Even after a day of no rain the pitch did not drain so we were basically in a mud bath. I know its not advertised as hard standing but you have to have a pitch that can handle a bit of August rain. The tracks to the pitches were gravelled and free of mud for example. If this is how bad it gets in August I can't imagine at any other time of the year if it rains. The pictures show the pitch as we left, it had not been raining overnight so this is actually as good as the pitch got. The rest of the time it was ankle deep in water/mud. When we left I mentioned the state of the pitch and the man shrugged his shoulders and laughed. An offer of a small discount considering what an unpleasant experience we had would have been the polite thing to do. But no, he just wanted his money. Very overpriced and poorly managed.
