Campestre Inn Hotel & Residencias

At first they gave me a room in the 5 the floor no elevator and very old and dirty hallway.Then my sister in law asked if they could move me to another room near the office and it was much better with elevator and very nice and clean they were very nice and good service I will go there again in the future.

The outside of the hotel looks old and run down. On the inside, the rooms are not that bad. Full bathroom, 2 beds and TVs, the bad part is that the setup is a bit weird, because there is a wall between the 2 beds where the bathroom is. There is humidity and the fact that the rooms are divided in towers is not optimal. The food is not great and also the gym is small.

The location is good and at a good price, the room was also good looking with good furniture, the only issue was the bed, it felt comfy, but i awoke with a serious backache. The attention in reception was the worst i have ever experienced, they ignore you, it was the longest check in even though i have my reservation, they had so many issues before giving me the room, the key was not opening the door, so I neeeed to go to reception thrice until it worked correctly. The breakfast was a buffet, but the variety was poor, and the food was plain and not very tasty, in addition to that, they were taking too long to clean tables so the wait for a table was longer as the restaurant is not that big. The parking lot is small as well, i had to leave my car next to some stairs blocking the entrance
