This charming boutique property is in the heart of the Campo Marzio area....16th century streets lined with tons of great little shops including a linen place across the street from the boutique property that's been selling linens since the 1800s. The owner and the people who run this place are fantastic. The entryway is very small with a narrow stairway that goes up to several beautiful rooms with rain head showers nice and comfortable beds with cozy Italian linens. We loved staying here. You will get very individualized attention. And the location can't be beat.

Checkin was easy, you get a card and keys to enter the hotel. The room was ok, but not „luxury“. The bed is very soft, in the bathroom there was mildew on the walls. In general, the apartment needs some maintenance and deep cleaning. Breakfast was delivered every morning to the room. It was ok, but with a very limited menu list. The staff was super friendly - I can recommend to go there. Location is perfect.

I’ve spent 5 nights at the hotel and the two positive things were the staff (very polite) and the location. The breakfast was horrible. The coffee room is tiny and the food they offered was basically limited to croissants, yogurt, cake (2 different types) and coffee/milk. If you want eggs, cheese or ham, you’ll have to pay for. The room itself was noisy, even in late hours, and I wasn’t able to sleep after 7:30am, because of noise made by the traffic and the constructions around the hotel. The room cleaning was OK, but the mattress was HORRIBLE. Another bad thing: the room temperature was always hot when we get back to the room after a walk, because even the air conditioning system used to be cut off when we leave the room with the keys. Another bad thing about the AC: at least in the room I’ve stayed, it was inefficient, it wasn’t able to cool down the room temperature to the temperature I’d set at the thermostat (19degrees Celsius). Despite of the location, I won’ t come back to the hotel.
