Amazing amazing hotel, cannot fault it! Beautiful outlook from the pool etc. Food not great - not bad but not great. Just a bit tasteless but desserts were nice! Hotel staff lovely! A bit disappointed with local resteraunts etc. Even the food in nearby Koroni was hit and miss. Spa treatment was amazing so definitely recommend! Overall a lovely stay if you’re happy to sit by the pool. Taxi is required to go anywhere outside the village Vounaria. Was a bit odd you had to pay 10 euros a day to sit on the loungers at the nearby beach. Id personally recommend the loungers further down at akti for the same price

Our stay in late July 2024 did not meet expectations for a 5-star hotel. We stayed in an Executive Triple Sea View Room (€280/night) and the room was dirty, with strange-smelling sheets, cobwebs, stained walls and a bathroom full of limescale. The garden was poorly maintained, there was no drying rack and the outdoor furniture was old and full of insects. The pool appeared to be of questionable cleanliness. At the restaurant, tablecloths and cutlery were stained, and the food was average. Breakfast was good with variety and the staff was polite but not particularly attentive. It seems there are both renovated and older rooms — unfortunately, we were unlucky. The best part of our stay? The souvlaki at the village square café. UPDATE after management’s response: Following our communication with management, we have been assured that the image of the business has now significantly improved. We genuinely hope that is the case.

Not only is the advertising fake their customer service is bad, rooms are way below a 3 star review beach felt like a virus hub so unclean and not as advertised at all, not even close to private and worst of all not a beach front to the hotel like they stated. the beach requires a car ride down to it. do not recommend at all for what your paying
