My 8th time to Turkey and ive been to 15 countries & this is one of BEST HOTEL I've stayed at. Outstanding customer service by the lovely lady manager on reception. She's the most loveliest warm friendly manager ive come across fantastic hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel. Everything is clean, well maintained and a really nice delicious breakfast included. The best coffee I've ever had. Ignore all the negative reviews hand on heart I am so happy to be a guest here. Any issues is dealt with immediately by the Fantastic hotel staff. I look forward to coming back. Thank you for an unforgettable experience ❤️ Definitely 5/5. I'm so happy 😊

Fabulous check in process. Since this hotel relies on 3rd party engines to book, I walk in at 10pm and ask for room so they don’t need to pay fees. The 2 folks working tonight are awesome!! I was able to upgrade to a balcony/ jacuzzi room for TRY200. They were helpful with car parking and bring luggage and extra water as I’m super dehydrated today w long drive.
