spent an incredible and unforgettable week, thanks to a splendid view and the air conditioning (fortunately, given the scorching heat). What impressed me the most was the wonderful atmosphere created by the entertainers, who were always there to motivate and encourage as many people as possible to take part in the activities offered. As someone who wants to become an entertainer, I was truly inspired by Thomas, an exceptional entertainer. He showed me what a true quality entertainer is, and thanks to him I am 100% sure about my career choice. A big thank you to him and to all the staff for their kindness and professionalism.

Our stay was greatly affected by the fact that half of the stay someone in the family had stomach problems. Given that we only ate and drank at the hotel and nothing like this has ever happened to us before, we will definitely never return to this hotel. We are 100% sure that it was not because of sun or heat, we are very careful about this. We also notified the reception about it, they made a note, but we did not ask for asistence of doctor. Eating just dry and diet food for several days was not what you wish when you pay all-inclusive service. The double bed in the room is very small, completely unsuitable for two people, and sleeping on it is like sleeping on a trampoline. On the positive side, I would like to mention the high-quality and entertaining evening and daytime programs, the beautiful view from the room and the hotel premises, and the very crowded but beautiful beach. I stayed at Globales America from July 29 to August 4, and was disappointed in several areas. The reception: I checked in first, and everything was fine, however, when my mom arrived at the hotel the next morning with a group of other people, the reception staff seemed very bothered and annoyed. Later, when I asked simple questions about beach towels, I got the same unfriendly attitude. The noise: there is a program for kids every night with songs for kids, and it is really noisy everywhere you are. You can hear the music when you close the door to your room and even when you go down to the beach. The program finished around 11 p.m. each night, very disruptive if you want to sleep earlier. Food and drinks: food was okay. However, not all drinks were included in the all-inclusive package, and those that were free didn’t taste good — the alcohol in particular seemed to be of very cheap quality. Cleanliness: the hotel itself and the rooms were clean, but the way to the public beach from the hotel looked awful. It is clear that the path is outside the territory of the hotel, but as it is the direct way from the hotel to the beach, the expectation is that the hotel would make at least minimal efforts to keep it clean and decent. Also, note that the public beach didn't seem to be cleaned and was pretty dirty all the time. Overall, I do not recommend Globales America, and it was not worth the money spent.
