Great view. Great landlord. We spent our vacation here with 9 adults and 5 children. The finca offers enough space for this. Even if not everyone stays in the main house, the outbuilding is almost even nicer (as it is more modern). Contacting the landlord is quick and easy via WhatsApp. Questions and comments were always addressed. The equipment in the kitchen is good. The living room has a huge TV (even though we didn't use it). The whole complex makes a well-kept impression. The pool offers plenty of space for everyone (8x5m?) and is also great for small children, as it only slopes down in the middle to a depth of approx. 2.00m. There is also a table tennis table and a large lawn. The local market is sufficient for smaller purchases. For larger purchases you have to go to Artà or Manacor. We had a great time and can only recommend the finca.

So noisy, a disgusting place. There are certainly better places to go in Mallorca.

Danger! Fraud! Despite cancellation by the landlord 4 weeks before the start of the trip, NO refund of the deposit. We only got the information that we couldn't travel by chance when we asked when we wanted to clarify the further details before we arrived. Apparently our contact details were lost so they couldn't contact us. Despite contacting us several times, there was no response from the landlord. Approximately €800 deposit that we will probably never see again! Finding a new finca for 12 adults + children 4 weeks before departure wasn't fun and was significantly more expensive. We strongly advise against booking this finca! Be careful of fraud!
