Exceptional Service and Comfortable Stay! I recently stayed at this hotel in Batam, and had a truly pleasant experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, making my stay very relaxing. What impressed me the most, however, was the outstanding service provided by the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly and attentive. I had a small request regarding the TV in my room—I wanted a Smart TV—and after calling the front desk, a staff member arrived in less than 10 minutes to replace it. That level of efficiency and hospitality is rare and truly appreciated. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Batam. Whether you're here for business or leisure, the warm atmosphere and professional service will make your stay memorable.

I recently stayed in the Suite Room at I Hotel Baloi Batam, and overall, it was a great experience. The room was spacious, clean, and well-furnished—perfect for relaxing after a long day. I especially appreciated the comfortable king-sized bed and the separate living area, which added a nice touch of luxury and privacy. The bathroom was modern and came with a bathtub, rain shower, and quality toiletries. The room also had thoughtful touches like complimentary drinks, a good-sized work desk, and strong Wi-Fi, which made it convenient for both leisure and work. What I liked most was the location—right next to Baloi Mall and within walking distance to eateries, shops, and massage places. The hotel’s breakfast buffet had a decent variety of local and international options, and the staff were polite and attentive throughout my stay. A few minor points for improvement: the soundproofing could be better, and the in-room air conditioning took a little while to cool. But nothing that really affected my stay significantly.

1st time in batam so we chose to stay in the city centre. Very pleased with this hotel. Room space was just nice for a family of 3. Room and toilet was clean. Aircon could be manually controlled. Staff at restaurant and concierge was nice. Location was very good - near to lots of massage options, in between 2malls, near to lots of cafe with delicious food. Breakfast choices changed and had a mixture of local Indonesian fare and intl items like bread, eggs. They gave us 1starbucks coffee per day for each adult. We will definitely stay here again in future when we visit Batam. Please keep it up.
