Small and quiet hotel with 13 rooms. When we arrived, room was really clean. Sagri was a really good host. Food in the restaurant was also really good. Nothing to complain about. The only thing you have to be aware of, is the road towards the hotel. Its really narrow street. Its both ways but only one car can pass🤡. Sometimes quite tricky. Be careful. All the best. Greets from Belgium.

A lovely Boutique hotel set in the foothill of the Tramuntana in the tiny Hamlet of Binibona, which is a few kilometres from Inca. We just stayed for a couple of nights half board. The room was fairly basic but clean and tidy with good air-conditioning. A useable fridge stocked with reasonably charged drinks. There is a lovely small pool area with loungers to have a relaxing time. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice, self service although cooked egg dishes could be requested. Evening meal was a fixed menu, changed each evening and was a nice selection of mainly local style dishes. Service seemed to be run to a tight budget and the yound servers were a little stretched, particularly in manning reception, but they were extremely pleasant nonetheless. A car is a must due to the relative remoteness, but it's worth a visit.

We booked a room on booking.com advertising as “double room with a Mountain View”. When we checked in, we realised we were given a room with no window, but only doors. And the doors connect to the open corridor and outside space. This means we cannot open the door/window at all. We argued with the hotel, but the hotel said they couldn’t do anything, but suggested it’s booking.com mis-advertising the room. When I called booking, booking.com said it’s a personal offer from the hotel and they couldn’t do anything. Since I have castrophobia, I had to upgrade our room to the only room with window and paid €85 for it. Next morning, we confronted the hotel manager and showed her that the room type matches the room time advisertised on their website and the manager agreed we actually booked the room upstairs with windows. However, the hotel manager couldn’t help us and refund the cost and said it’s a central reservation’s error. The whole experience was horrible and bizzare for a 4 star hotel. The location is somewhere nowhere. I will never stay here again. Also don’t trust booking.com.
