We stayed here as young couple for 5 days and it was awesome. The hotel is new built, has only 8 hotel rooms which makes you feel comfortable and private. When you arrive, you are given your own pin code for unlocking the doors and keybox for your room. It is very simple and quick. Hotel is only 5 minutes from train and/or metro which takes only 20 minutes ride to centre of Barcelona. Host was very friendly and kind - on the last day our flight was at 9 PM and checkout is until 11 AM and she gave us special room just for storing our luggage until our flight. Everything was amazing about Can Mir and I would definetely come back here if I visit Barcelona once more!
My review is exclusively for the property, since I didn't like at all the area where it's located, it's just convenient to easily reach Barcelona by metro. The room is modern, clean and cozy, equipped with tv, air conditioning and mini fridge. It's obvious that the property is carefully managed by the staff and deserves a better location. Convenient price for the standard of accommodation.
The rooms are modernly furnished but the cleaning left a lot to be desired. The balcony is so small that you can hardly sit on it. The thin walls are extremely bad. You can hear your neighbour snoring. As there is no reception, it is extremely noisy at night. No sleep. No recommendation.
