Can Pina Eco Pina

Really beautiful Finca with several units and a huge garden. The pool area was very clean, even though it wasn’t swimming season yet. Our apartment was very clean and had everything we needed, including a woodfire oven and a gas stove for heating as the nights were still kinda cold. Communication with the host was very easy, fast and reliable. The location of the finca is quite central, most coasts and hiking spots in Mallorca can be reached in 45 min to 1h by car.

Six of us stayed at Finca Casa Pina for 3 days. Such a sweet, idyllic place in the middle of nature. We were there primarily to work together and felt very comfortable. The finca is not big, but is very naturally and very comfortably furnished. The outdoor area is spacious and offers many different seating options, so you can spread out easily. That was a perfect fit for us ☺️ The service was also very good and we were always open and helpful when we had any questions!

I was staying at Casa Cascada and the finca itself was perfect, everything as described in all positive reviews: with an impressive garden, absolutely spotlessly clean. I appreciated the strong sustainability commitment and was happy to contribute to it. The host and the personnel were friendly and helpful. It could have been a truly wonderful stay, but... - The website claimed there was a central heating which is used in the colder months, which was a reason to book it in November. The host mentioned he would not turn it on because there are only a couple of people staying. We had to use the fireplace every day as the temperatures were around +5 degrees at night, burning A LOT of wood (provided by host free of charge). There was no stationery heating in the bathroom. - The internet connection was not perfect. Most of the time it was okay, but sometimes it broke or was very slow. - It would have been great to know in advance that one needs to leave a deposit in cash upon arrival (my booking confirmation stated clearly it had to be transferred). However, the host was flexible and I could withdraw the money from a local ATM (5-min drive) and come by later. - One has to sign a rental contract in German upon arrival (I thought we were in Spain though?) - Garbage has to be disposed at a municipal collection point (5-min drive) Overall, a nice stay - I would definitely book the property again, but not in the winter months.
