This finca lacks nothing! It is clean and very high-quality. It has been and is being continuously renovated, refurbished, and invested in. The garden is beautifully landscaped, the saltwater pool is a dream, and the view of the mountains is magnificent. The only problem: mosquitoes! And the nearby country road is very busy and noisy. Parking in the finca is not that easy. Fresh rolls from the bakery in the morning - no such thing. It is about a 10-minute drive to Inca town center, about 15 minutes to Lidl, but just winding your way into the driveway to the finca takes five minutes. The streets are very narrow with high stone walls, yet everyone drives very fast and dangerously - impossible on foot.

We were very impressed by the lovingly landscaped garden with its variety of plants, the brand new illuminated salt water pool and the spectacular view of the Tramuntana mountains with Puig Major. There is nothing missing in the finca, there are 2 coffee machines, dishwasher, washing machine, induction cooker, 2 showers, a fireplace (not used), a grill (very well used), a double bed and two single beds. The house and garden are spacious and have many cozy corners. The cleanliness was a bit careless in one place or another (e.g. with the kitchen utensils, handles, dishes, the grill was unfortunately left unclean, the small storage rooms on or in the house offered a lot of "surprises"), but we are actually quite picky about this and always find something to complain about. You should also know that the outdoor sofa is not intended for people (meow!). Finca holidaymakers are not necessarily used to the MA-2112 road right next door. You would just have to close the street to mopeds and tuned cars, then everything would be fine :-) Resume: 4 out of 5 stars, and as a finca you have to achieve that with us...!
