A very true review, unfortunately the traffic is bad and congested after sitting in traffic to get out for 3 hours on the weekends and unable to leave to go out during the weekday nights unless willing to sit another 1 hour at least in the traffic. Building is older but decent size however some problems here and there in the kitchen and bathrooms. Would have never moved if I had known the truth about the traffic

Dear Agoda/Booking.com Support Team, I am writing to formally raise a serious complaint regarding my recent experience with a property listed as “Cozy 2BHK Marina at KG Tower” which I booked through your platform for May 31 to June 1st. According to the property listing, the apartment was advertised as having 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a jacuzzi, and full amenities—features that led me to select this place to celebrate my birthday with family and friends. However, upon arrival at KG Tower, I was informed by the property manager, Rikesh Chaudharry, that we could not be accommodated due to some property issues. I received no prior notification, no email, no phone call, and no message on the Agoda app. This caused extreme inconvenience, frustration, and disappointment, especially as this was meant to be a special occasion. Rikesh later claimed he messaged me through Booking.com, but I had booked the property via Agoda, so I never received any such communication. This clearly shows a lack of professionalism and poor coordination. After a long and stressful exchange over the phone, Rikesh offered an alternative unit—a 1-bedroom apartment split across two separate floors, which was completely unacceptable given that I had paid for a 2BHK unit with three bedrooms and other promised amenities. The replacement unit was dirty, smelled unpleasant, and did not match what I originally paid for. I paid AED 750, and I demand a full refund for this misleading and disappointing experience. The listing appears to be fraudulent and misleading, and this kind of behavior damages the trust customers place in your platform. Please investigate this matter and take appropriate action against the host. I also request immediate assistance in processing my refund.
