My stay was great for most part. The food options were not bad but I am very picky. Thankfully, there was a room food service option. However, it was $5.00 each time using the service. Not bad, but considering the price for the hotel it would have been nice to not have extra fees. I do think the entertainment and activities could be a bit better, but it was still a nice experience overall. As for the room, the pillows were way too firm. Difficult for me because I prefer them fluffy. The staff were absolutely great. Very friendly and attentive. There was a mishap the first night where the tenant couldn’t find my third party registration so he charged me for the night again until I spoke with the manager the next day. The manager reimbursed me and the extra payment never went through to my account. Room service was good, but knocking on the door each day around 8:30 a.m. was not needed because my kids sleep late. Overall, I can’t expect perfection, but I think it was a pretty decent place to stay.
Small hotel, very friendly staff. Service was excellent. Buffet was mid, restaurants were good. I wish there was better beach/ open ocean access. Rooms were fine, nothing too exciting but fully functional for what you need. Pool was good bar was good. WiFi was not good.
Stay gave more of a hotel vibe vs resort. I would NOT return to stay again or recommend anyone to stay there. Prices should be a lot lower for the value of the stay. Guest services and dining customer service was very nice, but that does not fulfill the entire experience of the resort. The room structure was weird, bathroom area had the shower and toilet separated with the toilet in what looks like was supposed to be a closet (single door included). Bed was not comfortable at all. There was no power for 4 hours one day during my stay. I was unable to safely leave my room and travel to my planned excursions with the comfort of a reliable phone charge without knowing when the power would be restored. I was not accommodated for the inconvenience and was not able to be refunded for the excursions missed. The buffet was small with bland, distasteful foods. The food was not good at all outside of fruits and salads. Either you’d starve or go pay to eat elsewhere which takes away the all inclusive experience. Only one of the two specialty restaurants is open each night, and are required to have reservations… which are LIMITED! I was ready to leave after my first night. I would not stay there even if the stay was free.
