This has to be one of the best hotels in Nagasaki for the price and I have been here twice. The rooms are very clean and modern, the breakfast buffet has a lot of options and the lobby has a lot of free toiletries available to bring back to your room if need be. The rooftop onsen is fantastic as well, with full facilities including a cold bath, a bath outside and a sauna. The hotel is also perfectly located in the Shinchi Chinatown area, with easy access to many shops, restaurants, konbinis and public transport and parking.

A great choice for just under US$100: modern, clean simple design, room with queen-size bed and comfortable window seat, top floor communal bath with outdoor bath. Both indoor and outdoor pools are quite big. I enjoyed the outdoor hot bath a lot, especially after a long day of walking around town. Help yourself to the amenities at the lobby. The hotel has breakfast add on from ¥2500. Parking is not free, you can park at Times car park directly opposite the hotel and max charge is ¥1200 for overnight parking. Chinatown shops close quite early at night, so you're left with 7-eleven convenience store and some bars in the area.

Excellent hotel in a great location. The entrance is very classy and stylish. Staff at reception and in the restaurant polite and efficient. Room was a decent size and the bathroom was good. Buffet breakfast had lots of choice. Unfortunately, like so many places in Japan, I couldn’t use the spa because I have a tattoo on my back. A real shame and things are changing a little but you have to respect the culture.
