Candeo Hotels Osaka Shinsaibashi

This is one the best hotels I stayed at during my trip to Japan. We visited last November. The rooms were a good size, nicely decorated and very clean. The dark wood and gold colours gave it a luxury vibe. The location is great, a two minute walk from Dotonburi which is one of the best districts to stay in Osaka. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. The breakfast buffet was great, lots of tasty options in a nice, bright room. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially when forwarding our luggage to the next hotel. There is a coin laundrette although we did find it was often full and some of the machine's had a slight smell. This was the only negative of the hotel experience, everything else was great. I would 100% stay here again!

Really nice stay in Osaka! Very good location close to lots of restaurants, shops and train station. The hotel has the lugged delivery service which I really like! It made my travel easy. The rooftop bath and spa is pretty nice. Good to relax after a long day walking.

Everything is fantastic, except the room is a probably a tad small. The CANDEO sleeping clothes they provide everyday is cute. Breakfast is ok, they are having a sales atm which is probably worth it; but the selection is not as varied as others. The laundry and onsen Sky Spa services are great to have; but can be busy at time. The pool is outdoor and it was quite chilly when we visited so we didn’t have a chance to try. Location is top notch. The hotel is close to pretty much all the central areas where the actions happen. The view down to the Main Street is excellent especially at night time, but at night be wary of some annoying loud bikers. Make use of their 1hr late check out, complimentary for any member (the membership is free)
