Good location. Book an executive deluxe king room and you'll have loads of space. The spa is great. For anyone who's not used a Japanese style spa before - it's separated into male and female spas, you change to get completely naked in the locker room and put your things in the free lockers and get a key on a wrist band. Shower using the cubicle surrounding the hot bath before getting in. If you're anxious about being naked you can wear a towel round your waist and leave it on one of the plastic chairs by the side just before stepping into the water to minimise the time that you're 'on show'. A relaxing experience not to be missed with the skyline view!

Friendly and attentive staff. Everyone was helpful. Beautiful skyspa with a great view. Room was on the smaller side but served its purpose and was clean and pretty comfortable. Breakfast was also tasty! Excellent location- well connected and near a couple of metro lines. Roppongi is a great area

Overall. I would not recommend this hotel for 2 reasons: their central air conditioning either broken or never existed; rooms have no ventilation; and have a very bad smell. Second - they charge for every hour if you arrive earlier. For me the only benefit was having a good public bath with cold plunge pool; and they allowed us to use it when we arrived by 8am. There must be better options and with a better price too. Staff is welcoming, but not all of them (foreigners are not as welcoming as local staff).
