The place has breathtaking views. Upon arrival, you are met with the most pleasant staff, unmatched sea view and sea breeze. Beautiful area and room was with a stunning view, smelled like heaven, spacious and privacy guaranteed! However it can use upgrade such as the bathroom window that couldn’t open , making it stuffy after steamy shower. I would recommend it. Staff ensured our room was tidy and fresh with towels always. 8.5 /10 Spa was lovely and blissful. Staff met the standard. The couples package for full massage left one rejuvenated and feeling Anew. It was quite a pleasant treat! 10/10. The restaurant staff was awesome and the food was very delicious. The hot beverages were the best. 10/10
A hidden gem! The ambiance is peaceful and perfect for date night or brunch with friends. We had Prawns and Steak - both were cooked to perfection. Service was warm and attentive. Loved the beautiful view😍. Will definitely be returning
Day 1 – Room 1 (Garden View) The location and views are undeniably beautiful, but unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. Upon arrival, we were informed that since we booked through a different platform, we were assigned a smaller room that did not reflect the value of what we paid. It felt more like a budget, 1-star experience. Note we booked via booking.com. Our room was located right next to the reception and guest lounge, which meant constant noise late into the night—far from the peaceful getaway we had hoped for. The bathroom was extremely cramped, with a toilet that seemed child-sized and a shower door that wouldn’t stay closed, causing water to spill across the floor. As for the “garden view” – it was more accurately a view of the parking area. Overall, the experience did not match the expectations set by the listing. Day 2 – Room 5 (one floor above Room 1) We had a similar experience to Day 1. The layout of the bathroom was extremely cramped — the toilet was so close to the basin that my average-sized boyfriend couldn’t even sit comfortably. He literally had to squeeze his legs together just to use it. Very poorly designed and definitely not what we expected for the price. Day 3 – Room 9 (Sea Facing) This room was absolutely beautiful and worth every cent! The views were stunning, and the entire space felt luxurious. The only issue was that the bathroom light switch wasn’t working. It does make me wonder why this level of service and quality wasn’t offered from the start—right from when we made our booking online. Initially, we were told we had to pay extra for an upgrade to this room, which I declined. Thankfully, the manager was courteous and eventually waived the upgrade fee.
