Canemount Plantation Inn

Absolutely loved my stay here! I was cycling the Natchez Trace with a friend and it was a perfect stop. We stayed in a room with 2 beds and it was just what we needed. The property is gorgeous! Stephanie is delightful! She and Louis made us feel right at home and we felt like friends. My wife would be jealous at how nice Canemount is (and the fact that she wasn’t with me!!) - I need to come back with her! Fabulous breakfast too. Looking forward to my return visit!

Our stay at Canemount was wonderful! My wife and I stayed in the Gibson Suite in the Carriage House and were thoroughly impressed. The atmosphere of the property was very peaceful and relaxing, the staff were very welcoming and provided exceptional service throughout our stay. Canemount Inn is hands down the best B&B we have experienced. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a getaway, retreat, visiting Natchez/Port Gibson, or even hunting the surrounding wildlife management area. We will definitely be staying there again in the future.

Idyllic location. Fantastic rooms. Best hosts who go above and beyond. We stayed here because the Inn closer to Natchez Trace was booked up, and so glad we got to experience this place. It's gorgeous grounds. Super friendly hosts. Delicious breakfast. They even gave us a tour and told us the history of the place. I'd come here for a week to just relax. Only issue is not much food to be had within quite a distance. If you're on a bike, arrange for dinner delivery ahead of time. Contact Market Street BBQ 14mi away.
