This hotel really impressed my husband and I!!! Loved the rooms, all of the amenities, the lobby was a vibe. Two different fruit infused waters, cookies, & champagne complimentary upon arrival. They have bottomless champagne from 5-9! I saw lots of complaints about noise being too loud but it wasn’t an issue for us I can’t just sleep in dead silence. They had a portable steamer instead of iron which I loved. Would have loved to used the pool it was very nice looking but didn’t have time. Great location!! Check in hosts were amazing!!!!
The hotel is nice but you might have a crappy view from your room but it is in the middle of everything. The staff was super friendly and they actually complemented my family for how nice we were! The rooms are nice and clean. Just be aware it can get noisy at night but the hotel does provide noise makers and earplugs. Lastly I do love the lobby it was very relaxing there and they do have a pool table. I would recommend staying here!!!!
Strongly recommend that you look for a different hotel. It is VERY LOUD at night in the vicinity of the hotel. Be warned that if you have a room on the east or south side of the building, neighboring bars/restaurants will blast music until 2 or 3 in the morning. My fault for not checking reviews prior to booking, I guess, but the hotel should be much more proactive about warning folks about the noise. This is especially true because it's clear that the hotel knows this is a problem; there were ear plugs and noise machines on the bedside table in my room! I will never stay at this hotel again because of this issue. I understand the hotel has little control over this issue now (though, someone should have figured this would be an issue when the hotel was being developed and Hilton decided to build in this specific location). Also, the air conditioning appeared to turn itself off at night?! It is unclear why the room was so hot. Again, reading other reviews, this seems to be a consistent issue. What a joy it is to be unable to sleep due to the insane noise all while laying in a puddle of sweat because the AC does not work.
