Canopy by Hilton Boston Downtown

When you need easy access to the rest of Boston and want to be in comfortable accommodations with a friendly staff, Canopy is the place I'd pick every time. The staff greet you with a friendly smile and a little bit of banter to get you started. They recommended the walking tours that were nearby and offered suggestions on where to go. My wife and I LOVED the decor of the hotel lobby and the restaurant dining area. The furniture, on its own, would seem like it didn't belong together. But the interior designer found a way to make these disparate pieces feel cohesive as if they belonged together. Our room was absolutely lovely. Super comfortable bed, quiet ventilation, tall ceilings, easy to control AC system. The restaurant had a wonderful selection of breakfast options and friendly staff that took care of us every step of the way. It's also super convenient that Canopy is in the middle of all the action while also having rooms that drown out 80% of the noise from the action. Our room was next to the street and asides from the occasional truck or modified custom car, it was a very quiet night for the both of us. My wife didn't even need to deal with my snoring that much, ha ha ha. Overall, a pleasant stay with excellent staff. Would love to come back.

Gorgeous, clean and bright rooms. Wonderful staff. Good restaurant. Exceptionally kid tolerant if not kid friendly (not really marketed for them). Outside of the Waldorf in Edinburgh and the Conrad in in DC, it's been my favorite Hilton location yet. Very good bang for the buck. Our family went to Boston for my wife's work and they made us stay next door at the Bostonian one of the night and the difference between the two was astonishing. It was a good enough visit we changed where we usually stay in Philly to a Canopy there. It was good, but not nearly as good as the Boston location.

We had a great stay at the Canopy by Hilton in the North End. The location is unbeatable—right at the edge of the North End, walkable to restaurants, Faneuil Hall, the waterfront, and TD Garden. The hotel feels modern, stylish, and clean, with thoughtful design touches throughout. Our room was comfortable and quiet, with great city views. The staff was friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. They offer complimentary bikes and filtered water stations, and the in-house restaurant and bar is a convenient bonus if you don’t feel like going out. If you’re planning to explore Boston on foot and want a nice, modern stay with easy access to the North End and downtown, Canopy is a perfect choice.
