Canopy by Hilton Cannes

We had an absolutely exceptional stay at the Canopy by Hilton Cannes. From the moment we arrived, everything was flawless — beautiful rooms, breathtaking views, and outstanding service. A special mention goes to Quentin, who warmly welcomed us at the restaurant and took care of us throughout our stay. His kindness, attention to detail, and professionalism truly made the difference. Thank you for such a memorable experience — we will definitely be back!

The spa is amazing! The duo ecrin is incredibly relaxing, thanks to the kind Laura. There is a dry sauna, a hammam, a jacuzzi with sea view, a pool half outdoors - half indoors and a lovely rooftop to end a spa day while sipping a glass.

The rooms are typical of a city hotel although the suites are considerably larger. The location is in the heart of the old port - a little away from the action but close enough to walk to everything. The service is EXCEPTIONAL. Some of the best customer service we have ever had. Particular exemplary mentions must go to Sima at the check in desk. The hotel reservations team had failed to ensure that our need for interconnecting rooms was honoured, but she moved mountains to make sure that this could be achieved (with our 3 young children). Also special mention to Girish, the floor manager at the rooftop restaurant and to all the breakfast team for accommodating every request made of them. A wonderful experience. The only downside we had is that none of the rooms we were in had showers and the showers that we did have all had low water pressure.
