I recently stayed here for a quick weekend getaway, and I must say—it was a terrific experience from start to finish. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, truly up to par with what you’d expect from a much more expensive hotel. What stood out even more was the price. It was incredibly affordable and absolutely worth every penny. You really feel like you’re getting great value without sacrificing quality. The staff was another highlight of my stay. Every person I encountered was warm, friendly, and readily available to answer any questions I had. Their hospitality made the entire stay even more comfortable and welcoming. Though this was just a short trip for me, I can confidently say this will be my go-to spot whenever I need a relaxing weekend escape. Highly recommend!
Stayed at the Hilton Canopy while visiting the area for a high school graduation. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made for a pleasant experience. We appreciated that the hotel is eco-friendly, though it took a while for the room to cool to our preferred temperature. The carpet in room 437 could have been cleaner, as there appeared to be some light brown staining. That said, the rest of the room was clean and visually appealing, with calming earth tones throughout. The hotel also features a gym and has accessible parking available on the side. Overall, a comfortable stay—I would visit again.
recently stayed at the Canopy Hilton Hotel in SouthPark, Charlotte, and was pleasantly surprised by the overall quality. Once past the slow check-in—only one attendant and a few tech glitches—the rest of the experience started off fairly smooth. The rooms were actually very nice, especially for the price point. That said, the staff was an incredibly mixed bag. Some were polite and helpful, but others were clearly passive-aggressive or outright rude. It made for an inconsistent and sometimes uncomfortable experience. Breakfast was also extremely disorganized. I was told at check-in that it was complimentary, but when I got to the restaurant, the staff seemed completely confused. Eventually, I was told it was actually just a $15 credit—but that was after I had already ordered. Service was painfully slow (about 30 minutes to take the order), and the food came out sluggishly and wasn’t good. Nice rooms and reasonable pricing, but the service and staff interactions really detracted from the overall experience.
