Hotel is located behind some commercial buildings with a rather small entrance. However, there’s a convenience store and some restaurants nearby. For check in, you’ll have to use the public lift and go up 30 floors and switch to another lift for guests to get to your room, it’s the same if you’re going in or out which is quite a hassle. Room was spacious and comfortable but service needs to be improved, the staff at the reception seemed to be always occupied and you need to wait even to ask a question.

The hotel is well located. Beautiful view from some rooms. Responsive polite staff. Spacious rooms. Comfortable bed. Not bad breakfasts. Among the disadvantages it is worth noting the location of the reception on the top floor, as well as the lack of bonuses for multiple stays.

This is my first time staying at a Canopy hotel, i do like the decor and layout of this hotel - soothing earth tones and spacious layout. BUT they didn't turn on AC despite being season and temperature went up to 20+ Celsius, and only had heating on. From past reviews when people stayed during winter, they also complain that the heating was on too high and the room felt stuffy and warm so I think the whole air ventilation situation is a problem here which is why I’m only giving three stars. The hotel lobby is actually located on the 31st floor and rooms are below that, and the one I was given was a corner room, which was actually very spacious. There is a huge separate sitting area with a L shaped sofa, as well as a huge study desk that doubles up as a dining table. The Canopy brand standard includes a Nespresso machine in every room, however, there were only two bottles of water when I got to my room which was too little but a quick call to housekeeping solve the problem. The lighting options in the room are actually very well thought-out and the preset modes were great in complementing the earthy tones of the room decor. The bathroom had a separate, standing shower, a separate toilet with bidet, and a huge soaking tub. Despite the size of the bathroom, it was only a single sink countertop. I do not know what brand of toiletries they provided but they do smell pretty OK and work quite well, though the shampoo and conditioner do leave your hair slightly heavy, if you are particular about the after-wash feel. The toothpaste provided was actually a legit Colgate as well. My king size bed actually felt very comfortable and plush, and apparently this is a Canopy branded mattress - if all other Canopy hotels also have this bed then I might be quite sold on this brand. There were also two types of pillows provided - a fluffy one as well as a firmer one. The bed sheets also felt very smooth. Food at breakfast was consistent with Asian hotels’ standards, consisting of both western and Asian options. If you want to grab food outside, there are a variety of F&B outlets within walking distance from this hotel as it is in a very centralized area with a lot of malls around it.
