Canopy by Hilton Dallas Uptown

In a world where value is increasing hard to find, Canopy punches above its weight. We always have a great stay here. Service at front desk could be a little warmer, especially because the valet guys are so excellent in comparison. Of particular value is the breakfast package, especially when you have multiple people in your room. It’s one price, has a very generous breakfast allowance, and the cafe prices are reasonable to boot. Love this hotel and what they’re doing. Keep up the great work!

This hotel was a wonderful find for our recent stay in the uptown area of Dallas. Our check-in was easy, and the ladies were very friendly. The hotel location is very safe and walkable. The valet parking experience was made memorable with Mr. Stacey. He went above and beyond. Such a gem of a man! We look forward to staying again when we come to town.

This hotel is close by shopping centers and restaurants within walking distance. There wasn’t too many people at the front desk at all times, but I always found someone to help. Stacey (the valet driver), Rosy and Logan were all wonderful! They helped with all of the questions I had and informed me about the accommodations that I had no clue about. Rooms were clean and spacious. There was also cleaning that was done when I was out for the day, with fresh towels and bedding. I tried going to the inside bar and waited for 20mins, but was never served so not sure how that part of the hotel is. But I was able to check out the rooftop before checkout, unfortunately it was hot during the time I went and I didn’t get to see the nighttime views, but I still enjoyed the ambiance. It was very cute, chill and they played good music. I had the margarita flatbread and some wine and it was delicious. Service was quick and seamless. Jay and Leslie were cool and took care of me! I am excited to visit the property again. The people I encountered made it a great trip.
