Had a great overnight stay during my U.S. visa appointment I stayed here for a night while applying for my U.S. visa, and it was the perfect choice. The location is super convenient — close to everything I needed. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the service was excellent overall. Highly recommend for anyone needing a stress-free stop in Dubai!

Stayed for 2 nights for celebrating birthday. It’s a small cozy place. Love the location, they do provide web checkin which was nice we get to choose the room ourselves. The room we chose wasn’t that great for view. The room was nice and cute. I couldn’t use the pool because it was super crowded most of the time.. love how they have several places for drinks, smoothies and snacks. They also provided a small cake as a birthday present which was yummy. Overall good experience.

Our stay at the hotel was a truly Instagrammable experience the aesthetics, decor, and views were absolutely picture-perfect! Right from the start, the check-in process was smooth and welcoming, making us feel instantly at ease. One of the most marvellous highlights of our stay was the food at Skafos. A huge shoutout to Miss Rin for her warm and attentive service - she truly made our dining experience special. And Yang Anashi was simply outclass; an unforgettable dish! Compliments to Chef Salmon and Chef Daman for crafting such flavorful and memorable meals. We'll be dreaming about that food for a long time. That said, there are three areas that need serious attention: Room Privacy - The windows are not tinted, which means zero privacy during the day. Even the grocery shop outside had a full view into our room. This was very uncomfortable and needs immediate fixing. Checkout Experience - Unfortunately, the checkout handled by an Egyptian staff member was disappointing and left a sour end to our stay. The attitude and approach lacked professionalism and definitely requires customer service training. Room Scent Issue - Once the diffuser stops, the room develops an unpleasant smell. Some form of consistent air freshening or ventilation improvement is needed.
