Canopy by Hilton Hangzhou West Lake

This Hilton brands is very beautiful. every corner in the room so pretty all the amenities is top notch. my fav is dyson hair dryer and steam iron the location is walkable from west lake the toilet is auto toilet with bidet and heater but my room has no view but i still love this hotel

This is a tricky hotel. I booked for 3 adults and that means an extra bed is included. But when I arrived, they wanted to charge extra. And then I was dissapointed and complained. And they gave us an extra bed, but it was super hard. not a proper bed. And then on my way to the room, my backpack was stuck to a door handle, and then the door handle fell over. I was washing my hand, and it leaks so bad. The hot and cold lever on the shower is mixed. There are many dodgy details in the room. All things are easily broken. This is a 3 stars hotel covered up to be a 4/5 stars hotel. On check out, they didn't even automatically gave my deposit back, I had to remind them to give back my 2,000 cny.

It’s 5am as I’m writing this, after a long and restless night. Unfortunately, my stay has been far from pleasant. I was woken up multiple times throughout the night by noise coming from the street—shouting, singing, and what sounded like nearby KTV activity. The soundproofing clearly isn’t effective, and it made it very difficult to get a good night’s sleep.
