This hotel is absolutely beautiful and feels very luxurious. The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of The Gulch, surrounded by great restaurants, shops, and music venues. Everything is modern and stylish, from the lobby to the rooms. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. A special shoutout to Beatrice, who went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Her exceptional service truly made my experience memorable. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Nashville!
I recently stayed at the Canopy by Hilton in Nashville and loved it. The hotel was clean, luxurious, and full of energy. The staff were friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. My room was modern and stylish, and the location was perfect—close to Broadway but still quiet and relaxing. A great choice for anyone visiting Nashville. I’d definitely stay here again!
Beautiful. But, there are issues. From 08/01/25 through 08/05/25, the hotel rooftop bar with skyline view still under construction. But, falsely shown as finished on Internet. The rooftop bar with sky-view seating was one of the main reason we picked this hotel. Confusing high hotel fees and $60 per night valet only parking and its app also confusing. Me and my sister and her family traveled from different states for a family vacation at the Hilton’s Canopy in The Gulch at Nashville. The Gulch area, the hotel rooms, and staff were great. But, the issues are disappointing. No ice machine nor free space in fridge to store your left over food. I was told the mandatory $25 per day fee included a $15 per day credit to the hotel’s restaurant. The hotel clerk said it would released back if not used. But, instead of a $100 hold for my 4 night stay they put a $200 card hold. WHY? Another clerk came and said it was a $50 per day destination fee. What? These UP Charges were VERY Disappointing!! What made my visit was the staff, rooms, and the Gulch area. I arrived first and Marcel with Canopy greeted me and was such a 10 star great person. Marcel was so helpful to my family. On my last day, I met the front desk clerk, Ty, who was so professional, pleasant, and helped clarify hotel fees. I wish Ty would have been our check-in clerk because he took time to explain everything. My family did not want eat at the hotel restaurant when specialty restaurants are right around the corner. One night, we did sit in Canopy’s lobby and had refreshments at the hotel restaurant. We didn’t realize we should have used the credits. So, at the end I lost money on up charged fees. The 3rd party $60 per day valet only parking to stay at this hotel and the with or without unlimited access to your vehicle was also confusion.
