Canopy By Hilton Osaka Umeda

I stayed with my wife at Canopy by Hilton in Osaka twice - this spring and last winter. Those were the most memorable stays during my time in Japan. Above all, the location of the hotel was marvelous because it is situated at the center of the city. The hotel is connected to different shopping malls and is close to the train station, making it easy to travel to nearby attractions such as Kyoto and Kobe, etc. Secondly, the quality of service at the hotel was excellent! Staff members of the hotel were attentive and kind throughout my stay. For example, they were proactive in checking on my needs when I was dining at the restaurant. The design and atmosphere of the hotel were stylish and unique, not to mention the panoramic views from the lounge and room. I especially enjoyed the bar, which had a lovely and relaxing ambience, and it is perfect for a nice drink. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone considering a trip to Osaka!

A well-situated hotel that served as an excellent base for our recent trip. Its prime location offers convenient access to the Umeda shopping district and is just a short walk from Osaka Station. This made regional travel incredibly straightforward; we were able to take a seamless day trip to Nara. Also, the neighborhood is quiet at night, which really helps with our sleep. The property itself is impressive. The rooms are very clean with modern amenities, and the overall design is sleek and contemporary. A particular highlight was the fitness center—it's spacious for a hotel gym, well-equipped, and features a great view of the city.

We had a great time in Canopy Umeda, the location is very good with sky walks connected to dining, shopping and the metro station. The rooms were spacious and designed nicely. Housekeeping team very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was nice with multiple options and suited the whole family. I used the laundry service once and the redid the dress when i pointed out the stain was still visible after washing. The best thing about Canopy was Deepak the Manager who received us with a very warm welcome and was very accommodating for all our requests and comments. We enjoyed our stay and plan to go back soon 💜
