Canopy By Hilton Sioux Falls Downtown

We recently hosted a company event at the Canopy, utilizing their meeting rooms and catering service, and the experience exceeded all expectation. The Director of Events and Catering was great to work with, remaining positive and responsive throughout the planning process, and handling last-minute changes calmly. She made the process smooth and stress-free. The host/bartender and the A/V team were incredibly accommodating and pleasant, contributing greatly to the positive experience for us and our guests. The Chef was amazing - we received many positive comments about the meal and desserts. The service was seamless, and we didn’t even notice they were serving while our leadership team presented. The meeting space had a fun and welcoming vibe. We especially loved seeing our attendees relax and mingle on the patio afterward, taking in a concert at the Levitt. It was the perfect way to wrap up the evening. I would highly recommend hosting an event at the Canopy. From start to finish, they were a pleasure to work with.

The Hilton Canopy in Sioux Falls is TOP NOTCH. We stayed in a one bedroom suite and it was stunning! Our families had four other rooms and everyone absolutely loved it! The staff is so friendly and helpful, everything is brand new and we had the absolute best time ever! I wish we would have taken more photos but the entire stay from start to finish was flawless. Shout out to Sydney at the front desk! She was the best. We can't wait to come back. BRAVO!

Canopy by Hilton in Sioux Falls should be the new standard for hotels across the United States. This place is absolutely amazing, and it's clear that it was designed and run by people who truly care about what they do. Everything here is just perfect - interior, exterior, food, cleanliness, and staff. You simply don't want to leave. My room was spotless, and highlight was definitely bed — the sheets and mattress gave me excellent hotel sleep I've ever had. Soft, cozy, and incredibly comfortable. Breakfast at Italian restaurant downstairs was also fantastic. Relaxing music plays throughout entire property, creating like a calm and peaceful vibe. Area around hotel is beautiful, with great infrastructure and scenic Big Sioux River nearby. I never would've expected so many amazing restaurants in this city. Hotels like Canopy are setting a new trend in America — and that's a very good thing.
