Canopy by Hilton West Palm Beach Downtown

We stayed here for a quick girls’ trip and had the best experience! Even though it was just one night, we left feeling so refreshed and well taken care of. we’d absolutely stay longer if we had the time. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. A huge shoutout to Bernie at the front desk, who went above and beyond. We were celebrating a birthday, and he surprised our birthday girl with a room upgrade, a bottle of champagne, and a handwritten card. This was such a thoughtful and unexpected touch. He also made sure we had plenty of water in the room and helped us with anything we needed, including extra linens that were brought up immediately. We loved spending time on the rooftop with wine and appetizers, and the staff surprised us again with a birthday treat for my friend, another sweet gesture that didn’t go unnoticed. The hotel offers complimentary bikes and a shuttle service, which made getting to dinner super easy and stress-free. Every single staff member we encountered was kind and helpful. This was truly such a great stay. Clean, chic, and welcoming. Thank you to the Canopy staff for helping make my friend’s birthday AMAZING!

One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had, thanks to the combination of service and room quality. We came for the day with a day pass and loved the pool and atmosphere so much we wanted to stay the night. Seth was so helpful in finding us the best rate possible, and was extremely hospitable and friendly. He was genuinely one of the kindest, most helpful hotel managers I’ve ever met, and is the reason for this post one month later. His co-manager was also wonderful! Great staff, awesome free bikes, and a beautiful room. We will definitely be back!!

I had a fantastic dining experience at this hotel restaurant! The ambiance was lovely, the food was delicious, and the service was outstanding. I especially want to commend Rosalinda for being so helpful and attentive. She made sure we had everything we needed and offered great recommendations from the menu. Her friendly and professional demeanor truly enhanced our meal. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be back!
