Family friendly and the best staff. I’d like to give some stars for three waiters (Vivi at swimming pool bar and other two, being one from Uruguay and other from Peru. Very friendly! We liked the food, the atmosphere was great and family friendly also the kids activities were great

Location of this hotel is good, tucked away from the busy central street with direct access to the beach, there is no assigned parking, but you can find it nearby quickly. The hotel is renovated and rooms are specious and cleaned, maintained daily. We took the breakfast package and really liked the variety offered, the quick and courteous service. Very nice restaurant managers are keep it going smoothly. I liked it. There’s a cafeteria next to the pool for a midday snacks or lunch, although there’s plenty of the beach restaurants around in this area. This hotel stays on the gorgeous stretch of the long beautiful beach with shallow long stretch of water and gorgeous views of Mediterranean Sea, which attracts a lot of families with young children and lots of seniors, as it safe and comfortable. There are A Lot of tourists from Germany , feels like of it was 95 %, you may find yourself in isolation a bit but the staff speaks reasonable English. It is almost funny you don’t hear Spanish language around there, as much. Might be is not funny, but oh well.. What me and my friend did not like is : no bottles of drinking water was provided to the rooms, no toiletries, just the two bottles of the liquid soap with no proper pump lid, which was hard to use. I found it very cheap. They at list could have installed some drinking water fountain or reverse osmosis devices The other thing was the TV programmed to German language predominantly. You need to work your way to find any English language programming. Overall, it was a pleasant and safe environment to spend your holidays, long or short.

Very Disappointed – Would Not Recommend I don’t usually leave reviews, but this hotel was a real letdown. The hotel is old and clearly not maintained well. The air conditioning in our room didn’t work at all – and during a hot summer stay, this made things extremely uncomfortable. We kept reporting the issue to the staff, but the response was frustrating: “What can we do?!” – no effort to fix it, no room change offered, just total indifference. Breakfast and dinner were not bad, but nothing special either – very basic and repetitive. Honestly, the location is the only good thing about this place. Everything else felt like a waste of money. I expected much better for the price. Definitely won’t be coming back.
