Canterbury Bell Margate by Marston's Inns

Me and my partner had a really good stay during the Easter bank holiday weekend. The room was spacious and clean and the bed really comfy. Very well located to visit the nearby coastal cities, with plenty of parking space and loads of shops nearby. We only had dinner once at the pub which was really tasty. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Easy to use the online check in and check out process. A few things that could improve the room: a mini fridge, some drawers and some hooks near the door to put our coats.

Fantastic experience as usual, comfy family room away from the main door. Quiet at night and very clean. We even asked the cleaning person to Hoover for us the first night and she happily helped ;-) Location is great because it’s situated among shops and restaurants and ten minutes give or take from all our favorite beaches. A must stay for value accommodation!

Welcome was warm,friendly, and Gracious. Very helpful. First night good service at restaurant. Second night awful. Room needed a little bit of attention in places. Watch out No Padded Headboard (🤕OUCH!!!). A little disappointed as no biscuits offered with tea & coffee in the room. Not enough tea for more than one cup. Yet plenty of Coffee. Could also do with Decaffeinated Tea. But otherwise I can find much fault ,& Will return again soon.
