The hotel is very clean and quaint, with a sense of history and the passage of time. I really appreciate this kind of decor. The new management team and the front desk staff member Ken are very responsible—he was enthusiastic and helped solve all issues related to check-in. The location is convenient, with ample parking, which made my four-day business trip very efficient. The Wi-Fi was especially fast, which made work much more convenient. The breakfast was standard, but it would be even better if the variety could be expanded—especially if some fresh fruit were provided to help start each day feeling refreshed and energized. Next time I’m in Melbourne, I’ll definitely choose to stay at this hotel again.
Stay there regularly and it’s always a great experience. The property is lovely, rooms are always perfectly clean, service is amazing and their breakfasts are delicious. They always go above and beyond with any request. Highly recommend this hotel for any tour of stay.
Good location for what I was there for. Neat and tidy, rooms were fine and bed was as ok while not brilliant. Just think the continental breakfast buffet could be a little better, a few more options to choose from. Overall a comfortable stay and happy to book again when in the area.
