I travelled to the Mitsis Cretan Village solo and had a wonderful time. July is HOT and busy but there were plenty of sun loungers available especially by the sea. The all you can eat stream of pizza was my favourite! The rooms were spotlessly clean and were tended to every day without fail. Toiletries are readily available and there are always clean fresh towels and beach towels. Nothing was too much to ask for the staff! At the bars, at reception, helping me with my many pieces of luggage. The service was exceptional. I was very burned and as I was alone I had no choice to but to ask a staff member to put aloe Vera on the top of my back. It’s not part of their job description and it’s a very personal request however they did help me and I am forever grateful. My skin thanks them! I’d love to return, the area is incredible.
A wonderful resort with very dedicated staff. We felt very comfortable at all times. The food was very varied due to the different theme days. The service staff are very courteous and friendly. The bungalow was larger than expected. The pool area and the entertainment team are first class. We will be back.
It was our first time staying at this hotel, and I hope it won’t be the last. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and then taken to the dining area, where we could enjoy some food – which was perfect since we arrived at night. After that, we were taken to our room. The first room wasn’t quite what we expected, but after speaking with the staff, there was no problem, and the next day we were given a different room that suited us much better. The food was excellent – fish, pasta, meat, vegetables… basically everything we could wish for. During the day, there were pizzas, hamburgers, pancakes, ice cream, and both non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks available anytime. The service was outstanding every single day – a big thank you to the entire team! We always found sunbeds by the sea and by the pool. The beach and the sea were beautiful. We left absolutely delighted.
