Excellent Service from staff. Close to shops and restaurants. Room was good. Very soft beds. No TV channels but can watch Youtube

I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. First of all, the hotel does not have its own parking lot, so you have to park in public parking lots or public garages, which are additionally paid, which in the case of Norway is not cheap. They do not mention anything about it on their website. Secondly, the walls in the hotel are thin, so you can hear everything, from the guest snoring like a locomotive upstairs to the cries of seagulls that came from outside. Thirdly, the pub that is located right opposite and the parties last all night - you will not be able to sleep. Another minus is that there is practically no TV in the room, to turn on the TV you have to download a special application on your phone, which is a total misunderstanding, especially for older people. What if you do not have a smartphone? No fridge in the room, a non-working sauna and coffee machine in the morning. In addition, there is no ventilation in the room, which makes the room incredibly stuffy. This hotel does not deserve 3 stars. I will never come back here again.

We stayed in Canyon Hotel for two weeks.The breakfast never changed in that time. We found it hit or miss.But personally speaking for me the biggest issue was the dreadful noise on Saturday nights from disco going on down stairs till 3am,which as a paying guest you should not have to put up with.3.30am when I finally got asleep.No where on website does it mention this or we would definitely not have stayed there.Not acceptable.
