Canyon Hotels & Resorts Boracay

We stayed in one of the suite rooms, and my goodness—it was absolutely amazing! The room was incredibly spacious and beautifully designed. We even had our own private bathtub, which made the experience feel extra luxurious. The suite also had two toilets, which was super convenient, especially for families or groups. One of the highlights of our stay was the comfort and elegance of the room—it truly exceeded our expectations. However, one downside is that the hotel is not located directly on the main beach, so you need to ride a tricycle if you want to go there. It’s not a huge problem, but something to keep in mind if you’re planning frequent beach visits. On the bright side, there’s a mall located right on the ground floor of the hotel! That made everything so much easier—we had quick access to shops, food, and other essentials without having to travel far. Overall, we had a great time and would still highly recommend this hotel for its comfort and convenience.

Booked in this hotel for our five day trip to Bora to celebrate my mom’s birthday. This is a great choice as they are very accommodating on emails and phone calls prior to our arrival. I have arranged a birthday decor for our room to surprise my mom and they have complied. As for the amenities, the room is modern and spacious; the beds are big and comfortable (we have 2 double beds). They also clean the room daily so we always get back to a clean and nice place after a day of roaming around the beach and other parts of the island. The staffs are also polite, welcoming and very accommodating. As for its location, it’s just a short ride to DMALL so even without a shuttle, it shouldn’t be an issue. For the price, this is highly recommended.

Check-in time was strictly at 3 PM, and early check-in was not allowed. Because of this, there were a lot of guests waiting at the front desk when we arrived. It felt a bit crowded and hectic, which wasn’t the best first impression. We stayed in the Executive Suite during my birthday, and the staff had a small surprise prepared for me. It was a nice gesture and made the stay feel a bit more special. The room was very spacious, clean, and the air conditioning worked well. It also had a nice view outside, which we enjoyed. The bathroom was the best part. The water temperature could be adjusted easily, and there was a bathtub we could use, which added to the relaxing experience. There were enough clean towels and even a bathrobe provided. However, one big downside was that there were a lot of small cockroaches crawling around, which was really unpleasant. The breakfast buffet was very disappointing. The food didn’t taste fresh. The rice seemed like it had been sitting out for a while, the tocino was cold and tasted very artificial, and we had to request eggs separately. It took a long time for the eggs to be cooked, and they had black spots, which looked like they came from a dirty pan. There were also not many food choices available. Overall, while the room and service had some nice parts, the cleanliness and food need a lot of improvement.
